The Message of the President
Dear Colleagues;
TASD, The Footwear Industrialists Association of Turkiye, aims to develop this industry branch technically and economically and to increase its international competitiveness by gathering the members of the sector who have made the footwear industry their profession and added value to this sector with their knowledge and skills. TASD, which adopts as a principle to meet the professional and social needs of the footwear industry, to help the development of the industry and to identify the issues that will be necessary, was established in Istanbul in 1985 to help the regulation of the relevant laws and decrees and to contribute to the solution of the problems of the footwear industry by contacting the necessary authorities.
Our association, which is proud of adding the phrase “Turkiye” in front of its name with the decision of the Council of Ministers, aims to embrace not only its members but also our entire sector, being aware of the meaning and importance of this phrase, as in the past.)
