FOOTWEAR INDUSTRIALISTS ASSOCIATION of TURKIYE CHARTER

PART 1

Name of the Association:
ARTICLE 1- The name of the association is the Footwear Industrialists Assocation of Türkiye.

The Center of the Association, the Address:
ARTICLE 2- The Headquarters of the Association is located in Istanbul.

The Purpose of the Association:
ARTICLE 3- The association has aimed to provide solidarity and safe work for the purpose of upgrading this branch of industry by bringing together real people who have made the Shoe industry their profession or contributed to this branch of industry with their knowledge and abilities, to make efforts for the technical and economic development of shoe production, to meet the professional and social needs of the shoe industry in the best possible way.
In realizing the goals of the association, the indivisible integrity of the Turkish State with its Nation and Country, the protection of national sovereignty and the republic, the preservation of the principles of Atatürk, it is essential to operate without leaving democratic principles.

The Subject of the Association's Work:
ARTICLE 4- The Working Subjects of the Association are as Follows:
a) By examining the issues related to the Turkish shoe industry, to identify the issues that will help the development of this branch of industry and will be necessary, to assist in the regulation of laws and decrees related to these issues, to present the wishes of the industry in the hall of the problems by contacting the relevant authorities.
b) To carry out activities to improve the professional education, knowledge and experience of the members.
c) To follow closely the developments in footwear and sub-industry products both in the country and abroad, to examine, to attend meetings and seminars, to organize meetings, to transfer the developments in this regard to the members.
d) To identify and identify the important needs of industrialists who are members of the association, to establish relations with the official organizations necessary to provide them and to make efforts to connect these issues to the result.
e) To submit and notify the wishes of shoe industrialists to the relevant authorities when deemed appropriate by the Board of Directors of the association.
f) To encourage and monitor all kinds of publications by staying within the subject and in accordance with the purposes.
g) To organize research trips related to the subject in the country.
h) To work to ensure the unity and cooperation of the work harmony of the member employer of the association to ensure the best possible employee relations Jul.
i) To try to take measures that will prevent the difficulties faced by the members of the association in the supply of raw materials and price speculation.
j) To carry out coordinated activities within the framework of the objectives of the association together with public organizations working in the industrial sector.
k) To provide all kinds of support, assistance and information for the development of the sector by helping to establish organized industrial zones.
l) To make efforts towards the realization of an educational institution for the development of the shoe industry.
m) To make efforts to establish an institute for standardizing shoe production, improving its quality and conducting the necessary research, to be a pioneer in establishing a common-purpose laboratory and research facility.
In order for the association to realize the purpose stated above,;
* it can organize meetings, demonstrations, excursions, scientific studies and exhibitions,
· can be found in the publication,
· can create an archive,
· he can make plans and projects and open a competition for them and apply the result,
· may open local offices in the country,
· may establish professional foundations, have them established or become a member of such foundations,
* can be a member of international professional organizations abroad Dec,
· may cooperate with professional organizations, associations or foundations at home or abroad.
· It can acquire and sell movable and immovable property.
· He/she may establish an economic enterprise in order to provide the revenues he/she needs for the realization of the objectives of the Jul. He can operate. It can take partners to existing companies.He can invest.

The Way the Association Works:
ARTICLE 5- In order to be able to realize the goals and objectives of the Association, T.On C, the region will operate without engaging in political activities, without separating from democratic principles, without considering racial, religious, sectarian, cultural and linguistic differences.

PART 2
MEMBERSHIP IN THE ASSOCIATION AND THE RIGHTS OF THE MEMBERS


Becoming a Member of the Association:
ARTICLE 7- The association has two types of members, Noble and Honorary.

a-Noble Members: Legal entities and natural persons who have the license to exercise their civil rights and have completed the age of 18, who are actually engaged in the manufacture and trade of complete shoes made of saya, have the title of industrialist and are registered with the chamber of industry, and/or professional managers working in the sector who can contribute to the realization of the goals of the sector and the association, and embezzlement, bribery, retaliation, theft, looting, fraud, forgery, abuse of faith, smuggling, mixing mischief with official tenders and purchases, they can become members of the association provided that they have not been convicted of participating in terrorist acts and inciting and encouraging these acts. Non-Turkish citizens can become members only if they have the right to reside in Turkey other than the conditions required for Turkish citizens. The Board of Directors of the Association must decide on the applications made by filling out the membership form for membership in the form of acceptance or rejection of the membership request within a maximum of 30 days and announce the result to the applicant in writing.

b-Honorary Members: Those who are convinced that they will benefit from their scientific and professional values and experience, or who have lost their original membership title due to having left the profession, may be accepted as honorary members upon a unanimous decision of the Board of Directors. Honorary members do not have the right to vote. There is no residence requirement for honorary members and such members can give dues if they wish.


Unsubscribe From Membership:
ARTICLE 8- No one may be forced to remain a member of the association. Each member has the right to resign. However, members who wish to leave the association must submit their resignations to the association in writing.


Removal from Membership:
ARTICLE 9- In the cases written below, members may be dismissed from membership by a decision of the Board of Directors and approval by the General Assembly. After the decision of the Board of Directors, this decision is suspended until it is voted in the General Assembly.
a) To engage in behaviors contrary to the aims and objectives of the Association,
b) Failure to comply with the provisions of the Association's charter, the decisions of the General Assembly and the Board of Directors,
c) Not fulfilling their financial obligations to the Association unless there is a reason acceptable by the Board of Directors to fulfill their obligations,
d) Those who have lost the ability to become a member in accordance with the provisions of this statute and legislation,
e) Those who judge their shame
They are excluded from membership of the association.


Rights of Members:
ARTICLE 10- Members of the association have equal rights. Each member has the right to one vote.. Honorary members may give dues if they wish. Honorary members do not have voting rights.
